Free deposit sort
Real estate bookkeeping cleanup. Trust stays apart.
Four taps. Name the account that held the deposit.
For the night the keys change hands.
The deposit sort can open. Where should we reach you?
How the free deposit sort works
- Name the weekTrust total and commission total, even if one figure is zero.
- Put the deposit back in wordsA dated transfer and a note, before the week disappears.
- Leave land off the lifeOnly a closing statement that already splits land from building.
A sort, not a signed report
The sort names which account held the deposit, and whether land is sitting on a building's life. It does not compute a year of depreciation, and it does not supply a land percent the statement left blank.
A report that needs a signature is pointed outward. If the office has people, payday stays on the provider you already run. A file can be handed across. The pay run stays there. No real estate license is claimed on this page.
Steven Palmieri is a Tax CFO and the Entrepreneur's CFO. The practice is not a CPA firm and does not sign audit or assurance reports.

Is the deposit sort free?
The video call is free. Nothing is signed on this page. If a cleanup fits afterward, the price is written down before any deposit is moved.
Do I bring the property address?
No. Bring the week, the account name, and the two totals. The house and the client's name stay off the note.
Can land share the building's life?
Not under Publication 527. The 27.5-year straight line, mid-month, belongs to the residential rental building. Land is excluded. A transient stay is a different life.
Who reads the two totals?
Steven Palmieri, Tax CFO, on a video call. He reads the trust total beside the commission total. He does not sign an assurance report.
